Youth Development
Young people in Stevenage do not lack ability. They lack the chance to test it. Our youth work exists to give them that chance: competitions that stretch them, programmes that build confidence, and opportunities that show them beyond their own classroom. We work with local schools and colleges, and the results tend to show up years later, in people who back themselves.
Youth Speaks
A public speaking competition for school teams, taking students from nervous first attempts to standing in front of a room and holding it. The skill lasts a lifetime.

We partner with schools and colleges across Stevenage, supporting students with opportunities, encouragement and the occasional nudge in a useful direction.
Technology Tournament
Teams of students tackle a real engineering problem against the clock. Practical, competitive, and a genuine first look at what a technical career actually involves.
RYLA
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. A residential week that pushes young people out of their comfort zone and returns them with a very different idea of what they can handle.
